Thank you for using our offer. With this document we would like to inform you about our processing of personal data.

Questions about data protection and exercising your rights

If you have any questions about data protection or would like to exercise your rights, please contact our Email with the addition of „Privacy“.

When do we process personal data

We process personal data that you actively transmit to us through your input. In addition, we automatically process personal data based on the use of our offer. For details, we refer to the following explanations.

Visit our website

When you access our website, the company responsible for operating the website stores the public IP address of the computer you use to visit our website, together with the date and time of access. The IP address is a unique numeric address under which your computer sends or retrieves data on the Internet. As a rule, we or our service provider do not know who is behind an IP address, unless you provide us with data during the use of our website that enables us to identify you. Furthermore, a user may be identified if we initiate legal proceedings (e.g. in the event of attacks against our website) and become aware of a user's identity in the course of the investigation. Therefore, as a rule, you do not have to worry that we can assign your IP address to you. Our service provider uses the IP address so that you can access and use our website, to detect and defend against attacks against our website. Unfortunately, there are always attacks against websites in order to cause damage to their operators or users (e.g. preventing access to the site, spying on data, spreading malware (e.g. viruses) or other unlawful purposes). Such attacks would impair the intended use of our website and its functionality, as well as the safety of visitors to our website. The processing of the IP address, including the time of access, is carried out to defend against such attacks and thus against potential dangers for us and the users of our website. Through our service provider, we pursue with this processing the legitimate interest of maintaining our business operations as well as the defense against unlawful interference against us as well as the visitors of our website. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. The stored IP data is deleted by anonymization when it is no longer needed for the detection or defense of an attack. For faster delivery of our data in the respective region, we use content delivery networks to grant them the highest possible capacities and data throughput. For this purpose, the public IP address of the computer (see above) is transmitted. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.

Creating a customer account

You use our offer to experience erotic adventures and to be able to get in contact with other users. In order to use all the functions of our offer, you must create a customer account. With the exception of the information to be provided during registration, all other information about your person is voluntary. You alone decide which information you include in your user profile. You can edit and delete your information at any time. The more information you provide, the better other users can find you and see what interests you have in common. Since our website is accessible to everyone via the Internet, all the information you provide is public. Unless you provide information that identifies you (e.g. your cell phone number), you can use our service in such a way that we do not know who you are. You do have to provide your name and address when you buy Coins, but this data is only given to our payment service provider, who does not share it with us. Consequently, a pseudonymous use of our offer is possible for you. If you create a customer account and add information to your profile, we process the data you provide for this purpose in order to create and manage your customer account and to enable you to use our services that are related to your customer account. In addition, the data is used as intended for our offer and made available to other users (e.g. search for certain inclinations or interests, match check to identify which common interests and preferences you have). The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO. When creating your user account, we recognize your approximate location based on your IP address. We use this to enter this location already in your user profile, whereby you can change this information. This is done so that a local search for members of our offer also uses the correct location and members can therefore - if they do not change the location - be found. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. The data will be stored until your customer account is deleted. If we are legally obligated to store the data for a longer period (e.g. to fulfill accounting obligations) or are legally entitled to store the data for a longer period (e.g. due to an ongoing legal dispute against the owner of a user account), the data will be deleted after the storage obligation or the legal entitlement has expired.

Processing of special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 DSGVO

Insofar as you enter data in your profile or otherwise provide us with data for processing that could be considered special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 DSGVO (e.g. ethnic origin, religious or ideological beliefs, data on sex life or sexual orientation), we process this solely on the basis of your voluntary information and exclusively for the provision of the functions of our offer for which this data is requested and used. This includes the public disclosure of this data in connection with your customer account for other users of our offer, public search function for users, match check and all other functions for which it is recognizable for you as a user that this data is used for this purpose. If you do not wish this, please do not enter any data in your profile and do not provide us or other users with any data that is subject to Art. 9 DSGVO.

How to contact us

We offer our members various ways to get in touch. In addition to the email address provided during registration, further voluntary information is required for this purpose. As far as the communication takes place via our offer, the communication contents are stored so that you can retrieve them later. For contacts, we store the history of your contacts for you retrievable for 180 days, so that you can find their previous contacts, quickly. If you wish to delete them, please contact our support. The legal basis for this processing of communication data is Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO, insofar as the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual obligation to you. The legal basis for processing beyond this is Art. 6 (1f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest for this processing is that we would like to make your previous communication content available to you, so that you can track with which of our users you have exchanged which messages. For the storage of the history of your live contacts, the legitimate interest is that we want to enable you to find again live partners with whom you had particularly much fun. If you send us a message via one of the contact options offered, we will use the data you provide to us to process your request. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO. If your request serves the conclusion or execution of a contract with us, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO. The data will be deleted after your request has been dealt with. If we are required by law to store the data for a longer period, it will be deleted after the expiry of the relevant period.

Tokens purchase

When you purchase tokens, we process the data you provide for the conclusion of the contract and its execution. To the extent necessary, data will be transferred to service providers for the billing of your purchase. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO. Together with our payment service provider, we process this data in conjunction with your IP address to detect and prevent fraud attempts. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 f. DSGVO. We thereby pursue the goal of protecting ourselves from fraudulent transactions in each case. Data stored in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of tokens will be deleted after the expiry of the statutory retention obligation. Insofar as legal recording and storage obligations exist due to the processing of a purchase contract (e.g. storage of invoices according to tax law), the legal basis for the processing is Art. 1 para. 1 c) DSGVO. We delete or anonymize the data when it is no longer required for the performance of the respective contract and there are no longer any legal retention obligations.

Evaluations

Service providers commissioned by us create non-personal evaluations for us as to which user groups access our website and how they use it. For this purpose, for example, general information is processed, such as the local origin, the browser used, which website was accessed to us from and which search terms, if any, were used to find our site. In addition, we analyze how our website is used, which pages are accessed how often and for how long, and which functions of our website are used and how. This data helps us to better understand how our website is found in order to improve our search engine optimization and advertising efforts. The information also allows us to better understand how our website is used by users and which features are of particular interest to them, in order to make it more user-friendly and to add features that we think are in the interest of our users. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO.

If you do not wish to do so, please install a so-called extension in your browser that prevents such analyses. Two well-known tools are Ghostery https://www.ghostery.com and uBlock Origin https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/. Additionally, you should set your browser to not accept cookies from third party sites. Here you can find information on how to adjust cookie settings for the most common browsers:
